
Admission Procedure for Volgograd State Medical University
The procedure for applying to the Volgograd State Medical University has never been easier. Just follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1: Apply Online
Once a student selects a their course of choice, they must apply to the university through their website. Transcripts and other important documents such as a Valid Passport must be sent via email. The following documents are required to enroll:
Transcripts for Grade 10 – Copy
Transcripts for Grade 11 – Copy
Transcripts for Grade 12 – Copy
School Leaving Certificate – Copy
Valid Passport – Copy
Step 2: Get the Invitation Letter
Students will be contacted after an evaluation of the documents in the application is done. If the application is accepted, an email confirmation will be sent within 1-2 business days. If the application was denied, the student will also be informed following the same timeline.
Step 3: Pay Enrolment Expenses
The confirmation letter issued allows students to enroll through an online payment gateway. Payments can be made through netbanking and other payment solutions.
Step 4: Apply For the Visa
Lastly, students must apply for a Visa after receiving the invitation letter. Because this process can take a while, it is important to act sooner rather than later.
Documents necessary to get a visa:
– University issued invitational letter – International passport valid for a minimul period of two years – High school diploma certficates that have been duly attested – Medical documentation certifying that the student is free from HIV and AIDS as well as other STDs
STEP FIVE: RUSSIAN ARRIVAL
There is no tuition fee for coming to Russia for the first year and a student is obliged to provide flight information so that an executive will meet him/her after arrival. Failure to comply with this student instructions may cause the immigration authorities of a student’s home country to deport them to the Russia immigration.
STEP SIX: CLASS COMMENCEMENT
Every student is required to show proof of all original school and first year payment documents. Subsequently, it is the responsibility of the student to report to the college within three days after arriving at the country. Upon his/her registration and admission at the college then that student can start attending classes. Do not forget to apply for admission to the University in advance and within the application limit timeframe.
If you get accepted into the University, it is likely that you will leave your home country in the first week of September.
